| Vida HACKMAN,, (1935- April 1999), Artist Vida Ratzlaff Hackman worked in a variety of media who exhibited extensively in the Los Angeles area for nearly 20 years and was one of the founders of Triad Graphic Workshop. Born in Bakersfield in 1935, Hackman received her bachelors and masters degrees at UC Santa Barbara and a second masters at Cal State Northridge. Etymological analysis coupled with humor and a profound sense of irony was among her tools. |
